The committee would include agricultural experts and representatives of producers and exporters, tasked with developing a production plan that requires the declaration of agricultural intentions to estimate the expected output.

They also highlighted the importance of establishing a central agricultural information administration that links supply with imports, exports, and local consumption, while scheduling production to prevent the flooding of thousands of tons onto the market at the same time.
