On October 28, 2025, in Irbid, I had the honor of joining the Climate Action Organization along with a distinguished group of partners and stakeholders in a field workshop dedicated to strengthening climate resilience in refugee-hosting communities in Jordan.
The workshop provided a valuable space for knowledge exchange and for reviewing the project’s key activities and the opportunities it offers to enhance climate security. Together, we worked on identifying the areas most affected by climate change and formulating clear priorities to address them through practical and actionable solutions.
This collective effort brought together representatives from the Directorate of Agriculture, the Research Center, the Municipality, civil society organizations, and environmental activists, all united by a shared vision: to reinforce the resilience of Ramtha and other host communities in the face of climate challenges.
This milestone marks another step forward on the long path of collaborative action toward a more sustainable and climate-secure future.
