This document outlines the approach, timeline, and financial plan for a literature review on food systems in Jordan, led by Dr. Fadel Elzubi and Eng. Eyas Shuaibi in support of the UNDP’s PIF initiatives. It includes process mapping, stakeholder analysis, barriers and opportunities assessment, and policy recommendations aimed at strengthening national food security.
